Jerry Fuller is my special guest today in Live From My Dining Room. Jerry wrote “Travelin’ Man” by Ricky Nelson, “Show and Tell”……and “Young Girl” by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap.

He and his wife Annette are like my second parents. During my days in Hollywood I spent many evenings with them…………Jerry is a master story teller. I know so many of them. I want YOU to hear them.

So, today, Sunday, Feb. 28th at 8pm London time/2pm Central time he will join me in the live webcast on my Facebook page. Join us here.

Live From My Dining Room w/Carlene Carter

Carlene Carter stole everyone’s hearts when she stormed onto the scene in the 90’s. I got to know her a little bit on plane rides and at a newsstand in Hollywood…..where I would run into her and Howie Epstein on a weekly basis. She was always the nicest person.

Her history hardly needs any explanation, but here goes……..June Carter Cash and Carl Smith’s Daughter, and Johnny Cash’s Stepdaughter. She had a string of hits in her own right in the 90’s, and is now carrying the torch for the Carter Family, arguably the First Family of Country Music.

So, join us on my weekly Facebook live session. Tomorrow (Sunday, Feb. 21st) at 8pm London time. We are gonna sing some songs, talk a bit, and tell some tall tails…….you can go ahead and set a reminder by going to the scheduled live webstream now. Also, coming up next Sunday I have Jerry Fuller joining. He is like my second father and was one of Dad’s best friends. He wrote “Travelin’ Man” by Ricky Nelson, “Young Girl” by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, “Show and Tell”…..and produced everyone from Gary Puckett and the Union Gap to Johnny Mathis. Do not miss this one!!

See you then!

He is 83. He wrote “Oh Boy” and “Rave On” for Buddy Holly. Sonny West is a great gentleman……and he has agreed to appear in my live webcast this Sunday, Feb. 14th at 8pm London time. Join us…….ask questions in the comments section. Tune into the webcast on my Facebook page. See you there!

Live from my dining room w/Jude Johnstone

I go live at 8:30pm London time today with special guest, Jude Johnstone. I became aware of Jude when I heard Trisha Yearwood’s “Hearts in Armor”………I looked at the credits and saw her name on that song and “Nightingale”……and knew she was one to watch.

Last year I sang Henley’s part on “Hearts in Armor” during Jude’s London show……..and have looked up all her songs on youtube. Amazing songwriter. She’s had songs recorded by Johnny Cash, Trisha Yearwood, Bonnie Raitt, and on and on.

Tune in on my Facebook page. While you are there…….”like” the page. Go here to tune into the livestream.

Here is Jude singing “On that Train”………..I don’t know if anyone has recorded it, but it is great. See you tonight!

I’ll be live webcasting from my dining room this Sunday at 8:30pm with my friend, Garry Tallent from Springsteen’s E Street Band. We’ve been friends for 25 years……have recorded and toured together……..we are going to chat a bit a he might play a song or two from his new record. The future is our oyster………….join us via my Facebook page and Facebook Live. “Like” my page and it should remind you when we go on-air.

I’ve extended the deadline for the crowdfunding campaign to make Good Thing to August 19th. Turns out it is sort of difficult to raise money during a global pandemic……………..we’ll get there though……..and the record will be made. I believe.

With that in mind………..I’ve adjusted to prices on the PERKS. There is even a “I ain’t got no job” perk available.

Anyway, I hope to see you this Sunday during the live stream on my Facebook page. See you then!
