I see the Queen driving herself, again!! She didn’t look happy.

       Last year the Queen almost ran over me in Great Windsor Park. I got it on film.
      Today, while walking in the park……..she passed me again! I figured something was up when I saw the two policeman at the top of the path that leads to Windsor Castle…….so I got my blackberry out and opened up the videocamera……..sure enough, she drove right past me a couple of minutes later. I got it on film again.
       This time when I edited the film I put still shots and also put it in slow motion. Last time I didn’t include still shots, and had to endure a bunch of folks commenting that it couldn’t be the Queen in the video, because “she isn’t allowed to drive.” That is utter bull. She is the Queen…….she can do what she wants.

What are the chances that this would happen twice!?!?!? Here is the video where she almost ran over me!

    She's always been pretty active and drove huge trucks around in the war years... So driving herself to and from what is basically her front gate does not suprise me a bit... Too many people are willing to get negative just because they haven't seen it..
    I guess if you'd have spoken to the policeman after she passed he would have confirmed it as well... Those guys must see it all the time. I guess it's just something they don't publisize much for security reasons....

    ...... and, of course, she's probably got no licence or insurance !!!!! :-)

    But who's going to tell her that !!!!

  • hahahahaha.... my mum and I went to the centre of London for the Millennium fireworks - we found a little backway to get there that was pretty quiet.. almost got run over by the Queen suddenly while we were crossing a road... 10 minutes later it happened again.... I've never heard of it happening to anyone else twice like that! Although I have to admit in our case, she wasn't driving... but then I guess that was difference, she was on the way to officially light the flame or whatever it was on the Thames....

    I swear both times I was just out for a walk with the family. The first time she scared me to death because NO cars are allowed on the Long Walk in Windsor Great Park.......so, i wasn't expecting it at all.
    I just happened to be filming and got it on tape......complete with the carmera jerk when she startled me.
    The second time.........I saw two cops standing where the street goes through the long walk, and just asked one of them if she was coming.........he intimated yes.......so, I tried to get my new e71 videocamera working, but couldn't figure it out, so pulled out the blackberry and filmed her when she tore past.
    Two times lucky!
    What cracks me up is that there are so many nasty people on youtube saying that i'm full of it for saying the Queen drives herself.

    Unless someone had organised a Monarch-a-gram it looks like pretty irrefutable evidence to me......

    Ever wondered why she seems to feel safer driving herself whenever you are stalking - sorry, walking - in her park....
